Description du produit
1. Problem: Respiratory Heat and Moisture Accumulation in Bulk Produce Storage Fresh produce continues to respire after harvest, consuming oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide, water vapor, and heat. Potatoes (Solanum tuberosum) have a respiration rate of 8-15 mg CO₂/kg·h at 10°C, generating approximately 0.08-0.15 W/kg of metabolic heat. In a 1000kg bulk FIBC filled with potatoes, this generates 80-150W of continuous heat production — equivalent to inserting a 100W light bulb
